Maples Memorial UMC Youth Ministry exists to serve students that are in 6th – 12th grades. Every youth is invited to be a part of our group. The youth ministry atmosphere is a warm and welcoming fellowship, making everyone feel at home. We nurture discipleship in our youth by studying God's word, serving our community and world with our gifts and talents, worshiping through singing and praising, and living our lives as an example to the rest of the world! Lots of things are happening within this ministry. Come join us for our weekly gatherings on Sundays and Wednesdays!

Sundays:

Worship at 9:00 & 11:00
Sunday School at 10:00
Youth Nights 5:00-7:30

Wednesdays:

Connection Groups 6:00-8:00

Sunday Nights:

On Sunday nights, our big group meetings take place at the church for what we call Youth Nights!! This is a time of fellowship, spiritual growth, worship, spiritual gift training, fun, and food. All youth in the Olive Branch surrounding areas are welcome to come be a part of this Youth Night every week from 5:00pm to 7:30pm!

Wednesday Nights:

Youth Girls Grades 6-12:

We meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00pm at the church in the Girl's Small Group room. There will be a meal, fun, fellowship, and deep spiritual discussion. God's goodness, love, and mission is something we believe should be shared intimately and in connection with his people, so this is our purpose! Meetings start at the beginning of the semester through the end of the semester. Everyone should join, so don't hesitate to bring a friend!

Youth Boys Grades 6-12:

We meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00pm at the church in the Youth room. There will be a meal, fun, fellowship, and deep spiritual discussion. M28 RETREAT

When: July 3-6, 2025
Where: Lake Junaluska, NC
Who: All youth (6th-12th)
Cost: $350 (Sholarships AVAILABLE)

What Is M28?
M28 is an action filled four day camp that takes place in Lake Junaluska, NC every summer. A day in the life of camp includes worship, teaching, discipleship, games, and exploring the beautiful mountains of North Carolina.
Maples Youth Group is attending M28 this year for their mountain 3 camp July 3rd-July 6th, and we're gearing up and preparing to make this a fun trip!

Sign-up & Deposit due Sunday, Feb 23rd. The deposit is $150.
Second payment is due Sunday, April 6th. ($200) Bring deposit and second payment to Ben or the church office. (Payments are non-refundable to students regardless of dropping out for any reason, and if dropping out, students are still responsible for the spot in which reserved unless a replacement is found)

Maples Youth Ministry meets every Sunday and Wednesday night to worship, learn about God, have fun, and EAT together. To feed these awesome youth, we need your help! You can sign up for a date using the links below, at the information desk, or through constant contact!
