ATTENTION! COVID-19 UPDATE!

In response to the growing spike in Covid-19 cases in Mississippi:

-Maples has moved all Sunday School classes to online options.

-Sunday Night Programming resumes on January 24th at 3:45. There will be no singing. However, we will instead be pursuing other performance activity during the worship arts block.

Our leadership team will meet weekly to decide when restrictions should be lifted or tightened. Watch this space, your constant contacts, and Maples Connect to stay up to date.

Getting Connected

If you visit Maples’ Sunday morning worship services, please complete the yellow Visitor/Guest card which is included in your bulletin.  You will receive information regarding any areas of interest marked.

Taking part in Sunday and mid-week study and service groups is another great way to make a solid connection at Maples.

In addition to programs for ChildrenYouth and Adults, Maples offers these additional opportunities to get you connected:

United Methodist Women: The UMW works to foster spiritual growth, develop leaders and advocate for justice.

Women's Mission Circle - meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 11:00am in Room 118.

United Methodist Men:  The General Commission on United Methodist Men's mission is to help men grow in Christ, so others may know Christ.  UMM meets on the third Monday of each month in Wesley Hall for dinner and a program at 6:30pm.  Numerous service events are planned throughout the year.

Knitters Group – Maples’ Knitters meet the first Sunday of the month from 2:30-4:00pm.  Knitted animals, caps and other items are created to support others.
