In response to CDC guidelines concerning Covid-19, Maples is no longer requiring people who are vaccinated to wear masks. We have also returned communal coffee to the information desk, and we have returned bibles and hymnals to the pews.

Getting Connected

If you visit Maples’ Sunday morning worship services, please complete the yellow Visitor/Guest card which is included in your bulletin.  You will receive information regarding any areas of interest marked.

Taking part in Sunday and mid-week study and service groups is another great way to make a solid connection at Maples.

On your first visit to a Maples Sunday Morning Worship Service, be sure to stop by our visitor's table. You'll be offered a copy of 8-15: The World is Smaller Than You Think, which outlines the Oikos Principle, a guiding principle for Maples' Mission.

In addition to programs for Youth and Children, Maples offers these additional opportunities to get you connected:

Women's Bible Study: Meets on Wednesdays at 12:00 p.m. in Room 118

United Methodist Men: The General Commission on United Methodist Men's mission is to help men grow in Christ, so others may know Christ.  UMM meets on the third Monday of each month in Wesley Hall for dinner and a program at 6:30pm.  Numerous service events are planned throughout the year.

Rook Club: Meets for a couple games of Rook Tuesdays at 1:00 p.m. in Room 118

Adult Worship Arts: Contact our Worship Arts pastor Dr. Joey Lott at to get involved in music, the design of the chancel area, or other visual and audio arts around Maples.
