In 2017, Maples, partnered with Denise Treadway, introduced a Little Free Pantry. It is a small birdhouse like structure on the western side of our capus that holds food items and other necessities for the community. The Maples family signs up to fill the pantry, and people of the community can come and take according to their need.
Our Little Free Pantry is open to anyone, any time of day. We keep it stocked with non-perishable food items and also paper products, diapers, etc. You can sign up to keep it stocked for a particular week or just swing by and replenish with a few items as you can without committing to a certain time.
