This year, Olive Branch is having a parade to celebrate Mardi Gras on February 18th. This will be a family friendly parade meant to bring the community together! It is being put on by Olive Twigs, an organization that raises money to fund charitable causes in Olive Branch, including scholarships for Olive Branch students.

At our meeting on Monday, January 16th, Maples decided to go forward with hosting a float in the Olive Branch Mardi Gras parade! We're still working out design details, so we are having a discussion meeting on Sunday, January 22nd at 1:00 in Room 118. We will be discussing a variety of ideas, including a balloon arch, beads, candy, and the Maples Worship Band. More than anything, we need heads and hands to put this all together!
