Youth Christmas Party

The Maples Youth Group's Christmas Party returns this year! All Youth Group members in 6th Grade through 12th Grade are invited to join us in Wesley Hall on Sunday, December 18th from 5:00 to 7:00 for an evening of fellowship and cheer! 

We will be having snacks and a white elephant gift exchange! If you are attending, please bring a sharable amount of your favorite Christmas snack and a $10 gift to add to the gift exchange. In a white elephant gift exchange, otherwise known as a dirty santa gift exchange, everyone participating contributes a gift to a pool of gifts. Everyone then takes turns taking either one unclaimed gift from the pool, or steal one that has already been claimed from someone else! This is a fun way to gamify a gift exchange! We also encourage all Youth members to wear their absolute worst Christmas sweater!

Over the course of this event, we will be sending Youth to participate in the Advent Prayer Walk in the Sanctuary that is happening at the same time. We don't want Youth to miss out on this event. If you would rather go through the prayer walk as a family, please let us know, and we will wait until you arrive to send them. We're even willing to host Youth as late as 8:00.
