On October 12th at 5:30pm, Maples Men's Ministry will be hosting the Maples Unity Banquet! This will be a time of fellowship and fundraising. There will be a steak dinner (cost of $25 per person) and a dessert auction! Use the google form link below to register! This link can also be found in the weekly church emails or on our church website! Through this form, you will indicate how you want your steak cooked, if you are bringing a dessert for the dessert auction, and if you need childcare. Please fill out a separate form for each person eating a steak dinner.
