As part of our promotion Sunday celebrations every August, Maples provides all rising 3rd Graders with a special Bible that is meant to be their own. It's an emblematic recognition of their first steps towards a real, genuine relationship with Jesus Christ, and is meant to put them on the right track going forward.

In addition to that, Maples has a Sunday evening small group with the 3rd Graders every week in Wesley Hall starting at 5:00. This small group will have a provided snack supper, games, and a lesson from the 3rd graders' bibles. We will begin a journey of spirtual growth that will prepare them for the 4th & 5th grader small group and youth group and confirmation beyond that. All 3rd graders are invited, including guests, so bring your child in for a time of fellowship and fun!
